    Terrible service by the Branch Manager, Brenda. Did not know what to do and would not at least make a phone call to get instruction. More interested in getting to lunch!

    I just seen a Post and had to say that i have not had Any Problems So far and have been with U.S. Bank for 2 Years with their Platinum Checking account , I Don't Know who Brenda is but i just seen someone mention her as the Branch Manager but she is defiantly Not the Branch Manager Natalie Is the Branch Manager in Manteca,Ca is is Super great :-)
